Welcome to the American Association of Uruguay! 

The AAU is a social and civic organization of more than 60 members from the United States, Uruguay and other countries. Our Association's objective is to group persons who wish to honor, promote and celebrate the culture and values of the US of A, especially the spirit of friendship and philanthropy.      

Our members, who hail from diverse backgrounds and various age groups, participate in monthly meetings and occasional cultural events and support member-proposed charities throughout Uruguay. Whether you have recently moved here or are a long-time resident, the AAU welcomes you to join the group! It’s a great way to meet friends with like interests, as well as contribute to local and international causes.
