A Message from our President

Welcome to the American Women's Club, also known as the American Association of Uruguay.  The Club provides a social venue to bring together US citizens and Uruguayans with some connection to the US.  We meet monthly for different cultural and social events.
Our other mission is to raise funds in order to provide financial assistance and support to various Uruguayan charitable institutions.  Come and join us!

The AAU is a social and civic organization of more than 60 members from the United States, Uruguay and other countries. Our Association's objective is to group persons who wish to honor, promote and celebrate the culture and values of the US of A, especially the spirit of friendship and philanthropy.
Our members, who hail from diverse backgrounds and various age groups, participate in monthly meetings and occasional cultural events and support member-proposed charities throughout Uruguay. Whether you have recently moved here or are a long-time resident, the AAU welcomes you to join the group! It’s a great way to meet friends with like interests, as well as contribute to local and international causes.
